FAST

It's sad when we heard someone is getting stroke particularly when

the attacks come without any alarming symptoms previously.

Stroke is caused by blood clot found in brain arteries.It can subsequently cause damage of brain cells, leading to physical disability or even death.

So, who are at risks? Our parents or elders at the age of above 50, people who are having heart disease and Sibu people who like to eat kampua with pig oil！（argh. super dislike!)

so, it's IMPORTANT for us to know the symptoms of stroke. FAST, the abbreviations can help us remembering the symptoms easier. =)
